Q: How do I get my pattern after ordering?
A: Your pattern will be available to download right after you pay. You should be redirected automatically as soon as you're done with Paypal.
Q: What do I do if I have a problem downloading the pattern?
A: If you have a problem with it, just send me an email and I'll email the pattern to you.
Q: What program do I need to view the pattern?
A: You'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can download it from Adobe's site: here.
Q: What yarns did you use for _______ pattern?
A: The yarns I use are listed in the pattern. I try to list a couple alternative yarns too if the pattern calls for something other than worsted weight yarn.
Q: Where can I buy ______ yarn used in your pattern?
A: I buy all my yarn from either Michael's or Joann's. I never use anything that's hard to find. If you have trouble getting it in stores, you can deffinately get it online. Joann's has a good selection as well as Herrschners.
Q: Where do you buy the plastic eyes you use?
A: You can usually find the solid black ones at Joann's. But I recommend crscraft. They have a lot of different colors and sizes. Noses too.
Q: What type of worsted weight yarn do you recommend?
A: My favorites are Caron Simply Soft, Red Heart Soft Yarn, and Bernat Satin because they're all really soft. I hate scratchy yarn! Even if it's just for a toy. Lion Brand's Vanna White yarn is nice too, slightly less soft but there's a nice color palette.
Q: I like your _______ crochet pattern but I don't crochet. Can I buy the one you made?
A: If it's not in my shop, it's probably already been sold. I try to remake things as often as possible to keep them in stock but there's only one of me so I won't always have everything in stock. Sorry :( Feel free to email me about it though.

A: This website is only setup to accept Paypal.
Q: I don't have Paypal, can I send you a money order or cash?
A: I do accept mailed payments for crochet patterns. Just send me an email and I'll tell you where to send it.

Q: What is your Privacy Policy?
A: I don't give out/sell any of your information that is collected through this site. All payment information is collected by Paypal. I do not process credit cards, Paypal does it for me. Email addresses are collected for the mailing list unless you request to be removed from it.

Q: Can I sell items made from your crochet patterns? What if I give you credit?
A: No, not even if you give me credit. I do appreciate you offering to give me credit but I don't allow items made from my patterns to be sold by anyone, for any reason. No exceptions, sorry!
Q: What if I alter the pattern a little? Then it's mine, right?
A: No, not even if you alter it. That's considered a derivative work and derivative works are also prohibited from being sold.
Q: What can I do with items made from your patterns?
A: You can make them for yourself or give them as gifts. As long as you're not selling them, it's fine.
Q: Can I sell your pattern when I'm done with it?
A: No. Reselling or redistributing my patterns in any way, in part or in whole, is prohibited.

Q: Do you sell wholesale?
A: I do offer wholesale pricing on printed crochet pattern booklets. Please email me for prices. Unfortunately, I'm not able to offer wholesale pricing on amigurumi due to the amount of time it would take to produce a significant quantity of them for your store.
Q: Are you interested in selling on consignment?
A: Yes, but there's only one of me so keep in mind, it's hard to "mass produce" anything for your store. If you don't mind only getting a couple items from me, I'm interested! Please email me.
