No Returns/Exchanges
Due to everything I sell being custom made, I do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. Please be sure to check measurements before ordering and if you're unsure about anything, ask questions before buying. Please understand that colors vary on different monitors and the color of the item you receive may be ever so slightly different than what you saw on your monitor.
Shipping
I ship within the United States only. A $3 charge will be added to each item to cover shipping costs.
Delivery Time
Please allow up to 14 days for your item to be made PLUS shipping time. If you need something faster, please contact me before ordering to see if it's possible.
Payment
Paypal is my payment processor. You do not need a Paypal account to pay through them. If you would prefer to pay by mail, please email me to make arrangements.
Q: Can I buy the patterns to make your crochet goods myself?
A: Yep! I have a pattern shop on Ravelry and also have some free patterns on my blog. If you don't see the pattern you're looking for in one of those places, it hasn't been published yet.
Q: Can you add a pom pom or a bill to my hat?
A: It depends on the style but most likely, yes! Please ask before buying to make sure.
Q: Can I custom order hats in other sizes?
A: Sorry but at the moment, I only make hats in one size.
Q: Is it really going to take 14 days before my order ships?
A: Probably not, but sometimes the yarn you choose might be sold out in stores so I have to order it online. Other than that, I'm usually pretty quick about getting things made and in the mail!
Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?
A: This website is setup for shipping within the US only. If you're outside of the US, please email me to place an order. Shipping will cost $7 or more depending on where you are and shipping time can vary greatly.
Q: Can I be notified when you update this shop?
A: I don't have a mailing list but you can follow my blog, Facebook, or Twitter. I usually update all of those whenever I post something new for sale.
